TRAINING
Every employee who has access to the campus email system is expected to complete at least one of the three following training programs:
1) Online training
The online program is an on-demand learning tool, which assists users in becoming familiar with the new email collaboration suite's environment. Click here to access the online training modules.
2) One-on-One training
The ITS Technology Outreach team offers one-on-one hands-on training sessions by request. Such sessions convey the information needed to use the new email system and allow faculty and staff the opportunity to get answers to questions they may have. You may request a session with a trainer by contacting the Service Desk (ext. 6999)
Note that one-on-one training sessions can bew requested for Microsoft Outlook 2007 as well.
3) Zimbra Essentials (Click here to access the Short Tutorial)
The purpose of the short tutorial is to provide a glance at the faculty & staff email collaboration suite to savvy users who are familiar with email systems in general.
