Lectra Lawhorne Lectra Lawhorne
Sid Kemp

Sid Kemp is a former Kennesaw State University student, and has been a member of the ITS Technology Outreach group for nine years.  He has been involved in various areas of the computer industry, including hardware installation and repair, technical support, system configuration and testing, purchasing, and software training for the past 24 years. His training as an instructor includes adult learning theory, instructional design, and presentation techniques. His areas of concentration include Microsoft Office Suite, HTML, Java Script, Kronos, and PeopleSoft.

Motaz Sharkasi

Motaz Sharkasi is a KSU graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management.  Motaz brings to the ITS training team strong experience in customer service skills. Having worked in the ITS computer lab for over a year, he feels extremely comfortable with the KSU environment and with assisting students. Motaz has been a member of the ITS Technology Outreach group for seven years. His areas of strength include Microsoft Office suite, with a concentration in Word, Excel, MS Publisher, Developing Web Pages, Student Email, Windows XP, Kronos, WebCT and PeopleSoft.

Steve Howard Steve Howard is a KSU graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree, Information Systems, and a certificate from the Information Systems Security and Assurance program. He has worked for ITS since 1999, in the ITS student computer lab, the Client Server group, and the last five years in the Technology Outreach group. At a previous employer, Steve was responsible for training new employees and he designed a database that was used daily to create work orders. He has experience with a wide range of software applications that include the Microsoft Office suite, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, WebCT Vista, and Microsoft Visual Basic. Steve is a computer hobbyist with interests in Linux and home automation systems.
Wendy Moore

Pursuing a degree in Elementary Education and having a background in drama, Wendy Moore brings entertainment and knowledge to the Technology Outreach group. In previous positions, Wendy has trained new and current employees on the Microsoft Office Suite as well as in-house databases. Having been a Student Assistant in the ITS department, she is familiar with the KSU environment and looks forward to serving the KSU community.

Amber

Amber Krug earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from KSU. After graduating, Amber moved to Birmingham, Alabama where she was tasked with building a computer science department for one of the nation’s top ranked high schools. During this time Amber also worked in freelance web/software application development where she designed, built, and maintained an online registration system, data repository, and automated reporting infrastructure.  Amber's technology background encompasses the Microsoft Office Suite, database administration and development, web development, and computer programming. Amber is currently enrolled in the MSIS (Masters of Science in Information Systems) program at KSU.
