Throughout each semester, Information Technology Services offers a variety of FREE software workshops to currently enrolled KSU students. We provide technology instruction to help students complete class assignments and enhance job skills. We also offer certificates for each workshop completed. Workshop registration is available in the ComputerTrain online training system.

ITS workshops take place in the training computer lab on the fourth floor of the Burruss building.

Online Registration System:

Instructions for Using ComputerTrain

One-On-One Sessions with a Trainer

We offer 45-minute One-On-One sessions to help answer your software questions. The One-On-One sessions are meant to help you with application specific questions and are not meant to be a training session. These sessions are held in the group room of the student computer lab in BB475. To request a One-On-One session with a trainer, click here.

Online Training
  • ComputerTrain is an online training system powered by ElementK. Self-paced courses let you control the pace of your learning by repeating a lesson, topic, or activity as often as necessary.
  • Look for instructional videos here on our website also.
