Welcome to the Student Technology Services of Kennesaw State University.

Student Technology Services ( STS) provides technology support to all students currently enrolled at Kennesaw State University.

It is the goal of the Student Technology Services to provide students with the support needed in a courteous, timely and knowledgeable manner, whether there are attending classes on campus or off-campus through distance learning.

Student Technology Services can help answer questions you have regarding campus technologies such as NetID, student email, KSU wireless for laptops, GeorgiaVIEW Vista, and university software. STS can also aid in virus and spyware removal. STS cannot, however, provide any hardware support or repair services on personal laptops.
