Mailbox restrictions of 50 MB will be placed on all GroupWise accounts in an attempt to better manage server space. When these restrictions are in place, the you will notice a tab at the bottom right of the GroupWise window indicating how much space is being used in your account at that particular time.

If 100% of your mailbox space is being used, you will not be able to send messages until items in your account are either archived or deleted. You will, however, still receive incoming messages.

To quickly check what items are having the greatest impact on your account size:

Click Tools > Check Mailbox Size.

Items listed will be sorted by their size in a descending order. Items with large attachments tend to take up the most space.

In the section Labeled ‘View”, options are provided to view your Trash, Sent Items, Received Items, and Posted or Draft Items.

Buttons for Delete and Archive are to the right. To take an action on an item, highlight it, then click the button for the action you'd like to perform.
