The ITS Project Management Team includes:

      • Cheryl Hassman - Associate Director, ITS Project Manager
      • Karen Vickers - Assistant Project Manager

The ITS Project Management Office is a division under ITS Client Technology & Project Management and is responsible for the oversight of ITS projects, while identifying required resources, appropriate timelines, and necessary meeting schedules. We partner with ITS leaders to gather and define solution requirements.

We provide input for and assistance with the design, development, and implementation of communication methods to senior management regarding the current status of projects and the overall health of the ITS environment. We build and maintain relationships through various levels of the organization to understand efficiency gaps and needs for projects.
