Quick Start Instructions for Windows XP SP2 Users

  1. Click Start then select Control Panel:
    • If the Control Panel is in the Category View, select Network and Internet connections, then select Network Connections
    • If the Control Panel is in the Classic View, select Network Connections

  2. In the Network Connections window, right-click Wireless Network Connection, select View Available Wireless Networks

    The following window will appear:

  3. Select KSUwireless and click on Connect

    The following window will appear:

    Network Key


  4. In the "Network Key" field, type "kennesaw"

  5. Re-type "kennesaw" in the "Confirm Network Key" field

  6. Click on Connect

  7. Wait until KSUwirless changes from acquiring network address to connected

  8. Open a Web Browser

  9. Enter your NetID & Password

  10. Click Log In
