Sid Kemp is a former Kennesaw State University student, and has been a member of the ITS training team for three years. He has been involved in various areas of the computer industry, including hardware installation and repair, technical support, system configuration and testing, purchasing, and software training for the past twenty years. His training as an instructor includes adult learning theory, instructional design, and presentation techniques. His areas of concentration include MS Office Suite and Netscape.
