When you first go to the Kronos webpage, if you are able to almost immediately log in, then your computer already has the required Java plug-in and you will not have to do any more set-up.

However, if the website stays at the "Starting the Java plug-in..." screen for several seconds, your computer does not already have it, and you will need to download the Java plug-in. Click on the bar that appears along the top of the screen and choose to "Install ActiveX Control".
