Multi-assigned Employees


As an employee that works for multiple departments, when you initially log on to Kronos, you will have to set up the Transfer section of your account. To begin:

  1. Click in the Transfer Box of the first row for the week involved.
  2. Click on the small black arrow on the right side of the Transfer box.
  3. Select Search.

You will have to define a separate account for each department for which you work. Once you have setup an account, Kronos will remember your settings.

Notice: Each account must have a Department code and a Supervisor code.
