To enter exceptional time, click in the Pay Code and select the appropriate pay code.

After you have the correct pay code corrected, click on the field under the appropriate day, and input the number of hour.

To enter multiple exceptional data in one week, click on the arrow button to create a new row. Then proceed as above.
