Keeping Student Grades

In the past, when a course was accidentally deleted or a student deleted,
instead of just denying access, all the grades associated with that students could be retrieved from our server as we did overnight backups.

Now that the system lives in USG's hands, they are less willing to do so except in a disaster recovery situation. The solution is to download your Grade Book after each grading event.
