• Refunds: Given ONLY for value of personal funds on the card at the time it is surrendered
• Refund Restrictions: No refunds given for $1 cost of the original card or for remaining “free print” balance on the card

New PRINT/COPY Program Replaces OwlPrint

• OwlPrint is being replaced by a new print/copy program in the student lab and library areas beginning August 1, 2005
• OwlPrint cards CANNOT be used with the new solution
• You will receive a new ID card which combines the functions of both your old ID and your OwlPrint Card and also incorporates a K-CASH account for campus use only
• To copy or print with the new system, you must add personal funds to your K-CASH account
• Swipe devices at print/copy locations will read the magnetic stripe on the back of your new ID card and access your personal K-Cash account to pay for printing and copying in the lab and library areas
• The $10 per semester print credit program (“free prints”) will be discontinued as of August 1, 2005
